Pictures lie. And some reviews are not as accurate as you'd like them to be. It was centrally located, but that, really was the only positive thing about it. No elevator to the top floor, narrow wooden staircases, and even narrower, very shaky beds. Staff was nice, but it doesn't compensate for the rest. Breakfast was typically mediocre as in most hotels, it seems. They couldn't even bother with real orange juice or freshly brewed coffee - everything was powder to be mixed in with water. It's a shame they use their central location as an excuse to let customers down in other areas.

Well located hostel but bad services
Beside location maybe WiFi

first important to emphasized is that is an hostel not an hotel
second that some people can't take the hostel because of the conditions there
1. you hve to scale like 30 stairs in order to take your luggage to the room without any staff help
2. i was in double room separate beds and they where too small (i am a small person)
besides all that some rooms have windows to a public corridor that make their room either not ventilated or luck of privacy
is avery noisy hostel
the dinner can host all the guest at breakfast
staff not really very helpfull
Restaurant Tip:
La Tablita a traditionel restaurant ask for the"Corderito Patagonico"

was a lovely room and very clean. Only 5 mins walk to centre. Down side breakfast was very basic and if too many people came down to breakfast at same time they would struggle to cope, running out of knives plates etc. The morning breakfast staff were sullen and did not speak or even try to understand what anyone was saying if you didnt speak Spanish.
The laundry service does not appear to work as when we asked for laundry to be done (and did not expect a rushed service) we were told they were too busy. Safe deposit box was with the staff at reception, but if you got one that did not speak any other language there was no hope of using this service. Having said that it was good value for money
