Certainly would never book here again

Very Basic, outdated room and decor. Clean, however fairly poorly maintained. We have a room new the road which was noisey and unpleasant. Air conditioning was completel broken and unable to be used (at least all button mechanisms had been removed and couln't be used). Room size was confrtable enough I guess.
Both reception men encountered on our stay were not unpleasant, however certainly didn't make an effort to meake you feel welcome either.
What's to like really? We have stayed at loads of better accomdation and service for a similar price. Wouldn't be back, although nothing was particualy bad... there was just no redemming qualities in the quality of the room, environment, nor service.

Great location, beautiful pool, American breakfast
central location just a block from Plaza Independencia, close to shopping, wine bars, restaurants. Pleasant helpful staff.

since there is no kitchenette it really helped having the buffet American Breakfast
the pool and garden area is perfect for relaxing in the afternoon siestas
good value
