Excellent location and value for price
Location, service, large suite with a large terrace, breakfast included in price.

The place is on the border of the downtown and within walking distance to all of Mendoza's attractions. (If you are not a walking type, Mendoza has very good and cheap public transportation and bus stops are basicaly in every block of the downtown. The hotel offers several types of accommodation and all seem to include breakfast (ours did) which is delivered to the room. Rooms/suites include very satisfactory cooking facilities and are daily maintained by caring household service.
The personnel was very friendly and helpful but be prepared that several of them don't speak much English. (Those that did not used Google translation when trying to communicate with us in spite of our severely limited Spanish.)
The hotel has an elevator (but we walked the staircase for exercise).
Finally, we considered this place an excellent value for the price but don't expect a 5-star facility. Be aware that some rooms are noisier than others - in some, you will be able to observe street life from your terrace but you will pay for it by traffic noise at night. We recommend the hotel highly and if we have a chance to return to Mendoza, it will be on the top of our list.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Many tours are being offered by numerous travel offices throughout the city at very reasonable prices. We took the city tour, the wine tour, and the 'high mountain' tour and recommend all of them. We also walked a lot and found the city very lively, friendly, and safe.
