The hotel front and staff always friendly, fast and helpful.
A real Old hotel in Bariloche without any reform, at maximum the old closet was white painted at the 90's. I thought the room conservation was real awful: Old dirty carpet, clogged shower, Jurassic flush, kitch closets, bad appearance. When I came to the hotel the original room reserved to me was really smelling mushy and cigar smoke, so the staff was fast to change my room.
For the last, the hotel wanted to charge me AR$ 21,00 just to open a personal wine that I would consumed in my room, TOTAL UNRESPECTFUL CHARGE to a Hotel host. I wold not be there again, EVER. I do not give the hotel more than 2 stars. For sure there are best choices for the same price.
