Made the reservation for this place, but got an email a few days before arrival that something happened to the room and the hotel wasn't able to accommodate us. However, they were nice enough to find us another hotel at the same rate and for the same type of room. We appreciated them warning us in advance and making the arrangements for another hotel.

Clean, little frills hotel, good choice

Good stay at a inexpensive hotel (for ushuaia). A bit off the beaten path, although the bus runs right past the hotel with a stop just outside. About 1.5 mi from downtown.
breakfast was a cold breakfast with few different items. Rooms are fairly bare but serviceable.
The owner, Antonio was very accomodating and even though we had language challenges he tride very hard to communicate with us. He was very nice and will provide suggestions if you ask.
He let us eat dinner most nights in the breakfast room and provided clean up.
Travel tip:
there is a take-out only restaurant on the same street (towards town) called Kartem. Fantastic food and very reasonably priced (much better than downtown). 3 bus lines that do full circles around the city. Make sure you catch going the porper direction or you have a long ride in store.

Kleines sehr freundliches Hotel, sehr sauber

Das ist ein kleines Famileihotel, ken besonderes Luxus, ausserest ferundlich und sauber. Die Leute sprechen kaum Englich, geben sich aber sehr netteweise Mühe eine Überstsung mittels GOOGLE-ÜBERSETZER zu holen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen jede Zeit die Einrichtung weiter.
