A good hotel with good hard & soft ware

it is a good hotel i think. the position is in the downtown of belo horizonte city, the room is big enough i think it will be more than 15 square meters and was divided into two parts. the breakfirst is not bad. the service of the reception is good, very polite and responsible for their works. but it is noisy of the room beside the street.

Only stayed for one night but it was very well appointed and in a convenient location. Service very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was first class with lots of choice. The room was very large and well equipped and a spectacular view across the city. A pity that they had no rooms when we returned as we would have preferred to stay there to our second choice hotel.

Hotel de varios años, necesita algunas remodelaciones en especial de las aberturas, con muy buen servicio del personal, piscina en piso superior pero con agua fría que tendría que permitir ser calentada para mayor confort, sistema de Wi Fi apropiado; se sugiere un mayor conocimiento turístico de la región por parte del personal de recepción.
