Solo travelers Switzerland, December 02, 2012	Unfreundlicher Empfang, Unfreundliches Personal Schönes, angenehmes Zimmer 5.7 es geht nicht darum, dass man sich als könig fühlen muss, wenn man auf reisen ist, da man sich den sitten und der kultur des landes anpassen sollte. dennoch wäre es einiges angenehmer, wenn man in einem 4stern hotel, das ja seinen preis hat, das gefühl haben darf, man sei willkommen!bem-vindo heisst das in der portugisieschen sprache. in diesem hotel aber nur eine leere worthülse. positiv das zimmer "double superior", das den erwartungen entsprach! Hotel Feature Tip: Vom Preis-Leistungsverhältniss eher zu hoch angesiedelt. Gibt in dieser Klasse ebenbürtige Hotel zu niedrigem Preis. Kann das beurteilen, weil ich nach 2 Tagen das Hotel gewechselt habe.
