Room was clean, food at restaurant was good
Hotel Staff, Phones didn't work properly, they didn't honor my rate, or voucher.
The hotel staff was lacking in what I would consider courtesy. They charged me for my room after I presented them a prepaid voucher. The phone did not work properly for making calls. They charged us to use towels for the pool. Overall, I would say it was a negative experience and would only recommend this hotel if you have no other options. Even my friends who stayed there had trouble with the staff until they started speaking in Portuguese. They had no respect for American guests.
