I have nothing bad to say about the hotel. It is tucked back in a corner, so it's a bit hard to find. Our taxi driver had to ask directions of other drivers when we gave him the address. The area felt safe, and there are a lot of restaurants around the hotel. I'm not sure how much English was spoken by the staff, but everything was written in both English and Portuguese. It looked like most of the people staying in the hotel were there for work purposes, and not vacationers like we were. But that was good, as we pretty much had the run of the hotel during the day. I would definitely go back to this hotel.
