At first, the hotel did not want to accept the Agoda reservation. They kept me waiting for a long time after a very busy day and long flight, with no explanation. Eventually, they found a reservation in their system. The staff at Reception were quite disinterested and remained so throughout my time there. This was also reflected in the restaurant where, after a 30 minutes wait to be spoken to by staff, I left to get a burger at a nearby shop. Nobody seemed to notice that I was leaving the restaurant. Decore is aged and the facitilies in the room were adequate not more - certainly not up to the expected 5 star standard. I have stayed at Melia Hotels on many occasions and this was the last time I will tolerate their poor attitude to clients. There are many other hotel options in Brasilia - I recommend you look for another.

Excelent hotel in Brasilia.

This has been one of the best hotels I have stayed in Brasil. Tired of the old hotels in Rio and the to business-oriented ones in São Paulo, I went to Brasilia and stayed in the Melia 21. Very good, only disapointed with the swimming pool. all the rest was of excelent level.

Estadia confortavel. O pessoal do hotel atende muito bem. Quarto amplo e confortavel. Tivemos apenas um problema com o servico de quarto, que parece ter se esquecido de dar o encaminhamento do nosso pedido. Fora isso, estadia perfeita.

Bom Hotel, mas check-in complicado

Pela segunda vez, em menos de uma semana, me hospedei no Meliá. O hotel é relativamente muito bom , quando comparado com outros similares em Brasília. Porém assim como a primeira vez, tive um enorme constrangimento no check-in. É que quando fiz minha reserva no Agoda, ficou absolutamente claro que era para o Hotel Meliá. Só que quando chego para fazer meu check-in, o atendente diz que com "esta" tarifa eu teria que ir para um outro hotel (vizinho) do grupo Meliá. Confesso que não entendo o porquê desta insistência. Em virtude deste constrangimento, espero nunca mais fazer uso dos serviços do referido hotel, pois pareceu-me propaganda enganosa, ou seja, a princípio eles confirmam a reserva para o Meliá, e quando vocês chega lá eles insistem em lhe transferir para um outro hotel de qualidade inferior.

o hotel melia para a realidade de brasilia é muito bom, achei tudo muito bom, porém teve um imprevisto que gostaria de compartilhar com os membros da agoda: quando fiz minha reserva no site, a fiz para o hotel melia, acontece que chegando na recepção do mesmo, a atendente queria me remanejar para outro hotel da mesma rede, alegando que a tarifa que eu tinha reservado não era do melia. isto me trouxe um certo constrangimento e perdi em torno de 30 minutos no check-in, porém depois de falar com o supervisor a questão foi resolvida. já estou com outra reserva confirmada para o melia na próxima semana e espero desta vez não passar o mesmo constrangimento.

Excelente localização, academia completa (profissional), gastronomia variada (no complexo existem pelos menos 04 restaurantes)

O hotel faz parte um complexo composto por três hotéis, com ótima localização, com variada e boa gastronomia, próximo ao parque da cidade, o problema é que, como quase todos os hotéis de Brasília, no meio de semana, os preços são quase sempre muitos salgados.

４日間滞在したが、おおむねよかったです。部屋も一定の広さがあり、作業もできるだけの照明があり、仕事はしやすかったのがよかった。ルの写真のかかったバーは、いい雰囲気で、安心できてくつろげた。
