Nice sea front position.
Nice leasure area with large swimmingpool and sport facilities.
The five star rating does not correspond to the actual facilities especially the rooms.
The hotel rooms are old, with cheap furniture and scant decoration. This hotel needs serious refurbishing.
The service level is problematic. Communication between departments is poor.
The wifi internet does not work in the rooms.
The breakfast is cheap when considering the hotel wannabe rating.
I was at this hotel for more then a week. The general room condition is poor. It is clear that the owners do not invest in the facility and do not know how to manage an hotel.
I was waken up for three days in a raw by work in progress in the room next to mine. I had to complain with the director to stop the noise and still on the third day the loud noise continued.
I had to change room to have the internet working and still it was not working.
I had to call the reception desk several times for simple things and the staff was not coming.
Restaurant Tip : the grill restaurant sal y brasa in fortaleza is worth a visit

Located close to downtown Fortaleza, a huge and comfortable place to stay.
Kind of far from the beach side area
We love staying at this hotel as the room was big and cozy, clean and well air conditioned. Breakfast very well supplied, lots of fruit and healthy stuff. Swimming pool is as big as everything at the hotel, close to a Marina that makes the place catching a lot from the sea right next to. The hotel staff was always friendly and willing to be of a help.

Lack of diversity of menu options for breakfast.
The marina park hotel has a leisure area very wide, with a great pool, restaurant and comfortable rooms. The view is also excellent and the hotel has a great option for approved events.

Large swimming pool great room at a large buffet breakfast
Eccentric (near favellas) attention to the glass case near the pool because customers are served in water
Welcome a good track clients speak very little french buffet would have been improved a little more diverse every day. Fruit juices were excellent presses matin.l the hotel is located near the favellas and it is not recommended by the guards to leave the hotel on foot is near the central market.
Shopping Tip : It is near the central mercando (walking) or are basketwork leather and cashews or just s supply professionals and individuals or swimming pool in the hotel near a marina is the place is very quiet
