warm and helpfull staff, nice room great view, pool and many games surround, good breakfast downtown iguassu, nothing in the city, 60 real to the falls and back. to the hotel it took us 30 min and 50 real. the staff was very nice and helpfuul. good english which is very rare in brasil. if you want to visit itaipu dam its in the middle. if you want to visit iguassu only stay at the falls - but it is much more expensive. the garden in the hotel is nice water cold

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Most of them spoke a very good English so I had no problem communicating with them. The receptionist recommended a good barbecue place nearby, a little bit expensive though and I enjoyed the dinner.
The breakfast was very nice with a mixture of Western and the local. The internet was a bit expensive (30 reals) and some of the Accor hotels provides free internet so they should do the same. The bus to Ciudad del Este leaves about 200 metres from the hotel on the same street so I didn't have to go to the bus station which was very convenient. I could not check if the buses to the Water Fall or the airport ran on the same street.

Ecellent hotel.Large rooms, nice and clean. the restaurant on 18th floor had a fantastic view.Good breakfast. Very nice pool area, but unfortunately it was too cold at the time to stay outside. It was possible to use internett but it was too expensive. Most other hotels we have visited have internett included. A travel agency was placed in the reception area. We were there only for 2 days and needed some help to get around. This was very helpful. They booked us a private car in only 10 minutes and the driver followed us to the foz, got us on the bus and waited for us at the end of the route to take us back to the hotel. The next day another driver took us through the border to Paraguay and walked the streets with us, showing us where to shop and what to see and helped us translating.Very good.
Shopping Tip : Shopping in Paraguay was only 15 minutes away by car.

Iguassu falls is nice but for us nothing special to spent there 2 nights and pay a air ticket to there,but anyway it was experience for us!We take the tour to the falls with the speed boat ride and all transfers ,go and come back to the hotel for 220 reals for person it is about 77 euro!Dont expect too much from this,you will be disapointed a little!The city is like the ghost town,after 9 pm there is nobody om the street,but in a day time is nothing better also!Anyway hotel is good!
Restaurant Tip : Pizza park is near,for the lunch and dinner,but forget for the night life !!!

Good hotel with good standing. Iguassu and dominates the city allows beautiful view .. The surroundings of the hotel is not particularly attractive. Everything went well. We were met at the airport as agreed by an English speaking guide, who organized ourselves well the whole stay as we wish. The cases are amazing and impressive, it is worth visiting both the Brazilian and the Argentine side. The BirdPark is also worthwhile. It has a nice pool.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The ecological tour is also offered little exhausting, but less touristy and it gives a good impression of the nature.
