Friendly staff\nLarge swimming pool\nWell located next to bus stop to Waterfalls in both Brazil and Argentina.
The elevators broke down regularly\nThe decor was dated\nBalcony overlooking reception is a bit dangerous
This was quite an entertaining stay but not always for the right reasons. The staff were very friendly but some things got lost in translation because they didn't speak English or Spanish. The decor was very dated and coming out of the elevator on the 7th floor there was a big drop down to reception which seemed dangerous. The elevators broke so we had to use the staff elevator and one evening there was a powercut in the town and the hotel seemed to be the final building to recover its electricity. This meant walking down seven flights of stairs in the pitch black in order to get out of the hotel.
