Despite several emails and live chats with Agoda's representatives who assured me that what I had booked would accomodate an extra bed and a cot, when we got to the hotel it was obviously impossible. Luckily the hotel upgraded the family to a suite with a sofa bed and extra room for a small additional fee.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The tour operator out of the hotel (central tours) is brilliant. We preorganised our airport transfers (6 adults and 3 babies for 45 dollars). We didn't need to pre-organise anything else - they were able to take us on tours, rafting, etc at a moments notice. Very good, reasonable prices and great tour guides.
