Good food.

Poor training of staff; I had to guarantee the voucher from my personal account.

The hotel is very far away from the Manaus center. Taxi drivers were not able to find the hotel. The room was large, but the beds too small for tall Europeans. Excellent food. No maps that covered the hotel area.

Room large and bed very comfortable, good lighting, next to Carrefour and the largest shopping mall manaus.

Breakfast fixed content, long-term that are not used to living there, the hotel staff with inadequate English proficiency

Hotel accommodation on the content of view, is to return to live in, and enthusiastic service but poor English proficiency, resulting in a number of communication barriers, need to further strengthen.
