Business travelers France, February 17, 2012	Great Location but very old rooms Location in front of the beach, nice and efficient staff, very good quality of breakfast 6 this hotel is way overpriced for the quality of the rooms: old tv sets from the 90´s (not flat screen), very old carpet and curtains in the room with stains, low quality of the matress (old), old design of furniture. for the price they charge they should renovate 100% of the rooms... since tha past 3 years they keep saying that they will renovate the rooms and the don´t.

This hotel is expensive for what you get thought he views from the ocean view rooms are breathtaking. Have stayed here several times staff are professional though I think lack a warmth which I would have liked. They know how to cahrge for everything.

Groups United States of America, September 04, 2010	Wonderful location, friendly service breakfast on the rooftop was the highlight, amazing view, lots of fresh fruits; helpfulness of concierge staff; beach was beautiful with staff to set up umbrellas and chairs for you in prime location 9.7 The staff was exceptionally friendly, spoke wonderful english, and gave superb recommendations. Would absolutely stay here again, particularly due to its location. Ipanema was by far our favorite area, despite having to take several long taxi rides to visit Corcovado and Sugarloaf.
