Golden Tulip Regente Hotel, Rio De Janeiro

The location is near perfect, just facing the copacabana, not too pricey either. But make sure you insist on a sea view room, cuz they have quite a few rooms where the view outside is just a nice old dumpster, as opposed to Sugarloaf or Copacabana!

It is nice and also the best hotel of Tulip group in Rio deJaneiro with the best location because you are right in front on the beach Copacabana but if you go on the right side you can go by 5min walk to Ipanema and after Leblon!We expected better party time in Rio but it is not nothing special,and less then this.The night clubs is not for suggestion,sorry but it is true!Anyway enjoy in the sun and go on a hang gliding if you are freestyler!Enjoy the Concorvado tour and Sugar loaf in one day in Rio,this the name of the tour and it cost 120 reals,about 40 euro!And a boat trip to Angra des Reis ,beautiful islands and beaches!And about the food, try Fejoada with tails and ears of a pig,except if you don't like cholesterol too much!!

The staff at the Goldentulip Hotel is always friedly and helpfull.The fact that there is always somebody that can speak good english is also very helpfull.The Hotel is very nicely on the beach and close to nice places to eat and have some refrechments,even on the beach!I would higly recoment this hotel for every purpes in Rio.
