Near to downton, but terrible location

the location us convenient because it is a walking distance from business street, so if you've got something to do at rio branco avenue or nearby, you don't need to worry about taking a taxi. also near santos dummont airport.
however, there is a construction site in front of hotel, and bus and trucks will get you nervous all day long up to 12am, and start all over again at 5h30 - extremely noisy.
the neighbourhood not very welcoming even though local people will tell you there is no violence or reason to worry about them.
definetely not a hotel to stay if you need a good night of sleep, and there are several options of hotels similar to that (small and cheap) near those streets that might be not as noisy as that one.

entiendo que no se aceptan niños,esto no es correcto ,varios ñiños se encontraban alojados,promoviendo gran desorden.
incomodo para el equipaje ,2 pisos por escalera,peligroso para adultos mayores.
mala disposicion de un recepcionista para atender,el aire accondicionado de los pisos superiores gotean sobre los del 1er piso ,imposible dormir!!!!
las habitaciones son repequñas.

no lo recomiendo.

ホテル代の高いリオでは安価．リオのカーニバルの期間中も予約が取れたが，スラムに近いせいか．部屋は狭いが，清潔でクーラーもあり．朝食は簡素．
