Families with young children United States of America, October 12, 2011	Acceptable Location 7 The location was good - near the beach and some good restaurants but the rest of the hotel was entirely unremarkable. Brazilian people are extremely friendly and generous so the service was good and friendly but the breakfast buffet , beds, bathroom and all the rest was just acceptable-ok for a one night stay in Rio. Not worth the money. Restaurant Tip: Marius is a seafood restaurant ( they do have meat) near the hotel. It is an extremely camp (waiters in pirate costumes) tourist trap that is on the pricey side. I thought that the seafood buffet was excellent , however, and i ate so much that i felt ill ! It is not for everyone but i thought that the food there was excellent: Stuffed oysters ! mmmmm

Business travelers Sweden, July 17, 2011	OK hotell at the beach Just by the beach (but at the far end of Copacabana) 4.3 the hotel standard is ok but this depends on what price you are paying. if you make a reservation early and the hotel has many rooms available the rate for the room will be ok, but if you make a late reservation and there only are a few rooms left the price for the room will be very high. i made a late reservation and found the price too high compared to the hotel standard. the hotel was very strict conserning early check in and was not very flexible.
