Good Hotel, Small rooms, Noisy Air Conditioning
Located on a calm street. Excellently staffed.

The rooms are small, spartan and a bit worn out. Do not count on amenities. The air conditioning, critical in Rio de Janeiro, was the quite noisy wall type. Not a lot of room to store your clothing either. That said, the staff was very nice and the breakfast excellent. The room was clean and the bed linen of good quality. A bit far from Copacabana beach, but overall, it is a reasonable hotel for the price.

4日間滞在しました。朝食がおいしかったです。ポルトガル語圏でリオ市内ではあまり英語が通じませんが、フロントスタッフには英語の通じる人がほぼ常駐していて助かりました。また場所によって電波の強弱ありますが、wifiも無料で使うことができました。ただシャワーはありましたが、バスタブがついていませんでした。また、ひげそりや歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉なども常備はありませんでしたので、別途近くの商店で購入しました。このあたりは文化習慣の違いなのかもしれません。
立地は、地下鉄シケイラカンボス駅から徒歩15分ほどにあり、また少しわき道に入りますが、コパカパーナの海岸までは徒歩圏なので、良い部類だと思います。全体としては満足しています。ただリオの物価（の高さ）は、日本と変わらないほどで、驚かされました。
