A first class elegant hotel, Olinda Othon Hotel has the right combination of location, luxury and affordability adding up to a great vacation. It�s just a short walk to the centre of Copacabana Beach and the sights of Sugarloaf and Corcovado are within short driving distance. The traditional 1940s d�cor is both classy and welcoming, and the staff are happy and capable to assist with all requests. Rooms are more modern but still retain a classic twist, are spacious and comfortable with modern amenities including satellite TV. Nearly all rooms have ocean views and small terraces for enjoying the sunsets.

If you are interested in finding a taxi driver, the doorman can help you. If you speak Portuguese, you can on your own find an all day driver for a cheaper price, but if you speak only another language and can't barter with a taxi driver for a better price, the price arranged through the hotel is better than what would otherwise be offered.
Shopping Tip : We loved going to the Feira Copacabana--a street maket held every night from 7 to 12--which is just down the street from the Hotel. The prices for typical Brazilian items are fantastic and you don't loose out on quality.
