located in the heart of Ipanema, just one block from the beach and just one block from Ipanema's busiest street.
clean and big room.

although it was a clean room and big room, it needs some kind of renovation. area for breakfast not so spacious.
the hotel is ideal for its location. 5 min walk from Ipanema beach, 5 min walk from Ipanema's center. with loads of restaurants and bars near by.
the stuff was very friendly.
our room was actually a twin room but such configured so that it was a double, in fact huge double. clean and spacious. though you can feel the oldness of the hotel inside the room. i think it needs a little renovation. there was a fitness area in the hotel, internet access and business area. breakfast was ok. not a very big variety in comparison to other hotels we visited in Brazil, yet sufficient. what we didn't like though was that the breakfast place was at the reception area, somewhere at the corner. it was not spacious and there were people going in and out while you where eating. if we hadn't got such a good rate from agoda i am not sure if we would have stayed at that hotel. it's original room price was double the rate we booked with agoda and considering this i would say that in general is not good value for money, yet for the money we paid was ok.
Restaurant Tip : there are loads of restaurants in the area. what we loved most was a buffet restaurant serving healthy food with great variety of salads, poultry etc, just 2 blocks from the hotel. clean, cheap and delicious food. it's called delirio tropical.
