coordialidad, personnel who served us was always willing to solve our needs, clean up any evidence in the bathrooms and places we use (bedroom, sauna, restaurant) and the price in line with the services delivered.

At this point it is inconceivable that there is no space and means to communicate via internet with the rest of the world (in our stay we saw two teams that were inoperative)

The hotel in general terms comply with the expectations, is located in the heart of Rio, it allows to visit all the attractions of this beautiful city, would recommend it to anyone who does not know this city and want to travel.
