Apart from the view and location, this was probably the most disappointing luxury hotel stay on our 13-stop round-the-world trip, and such a contrast from the well-run Grand Hyatt in Santiago we had just left.. Hotel room (including bedding), corridors and bars are continuously damp. Over-priced room rates, no complimentary water for guests, food expensive and not as good as they think it is, eg club sandwich in the bar was not like any I've ever seen and was inedible. There are continuous and wearing attempts to extract more money from clients for every service, we were quite glad to leave. Gym is decent, concierge was friendly.

โรงแรมขนาดใหญ่ มีห้องอาหารหลากหลาย ลิฟเยอะ มีห้องประชุมการจัดงานเลียงบ่อยอยู่หัวมุมหาดวิวโดนบล็อกบ้างแต่ก็ยังสวย อาหารเช้ามีเยอะมาก เช็คอินเร็ว เสียตรงไม่มีอ่างอาบน้าแต่ห้องน้ำใหญ่ โรงแรมเก่าไปนิดเดียว แต่อยู่แล้วไม่อยากย้ายเลย
