Reasonable price but poor staff service

We were not be informed this hotel does not provide double bed room, but they did not mentioned the information on the website. End up one of us have to sleep on the sofa converted bed for nights which is a very bad experienced. Hotel staff is not friendly to the request of guest, and they speak very limited English. No high expectation on the breakfast.

Nunca entendieron el baucher del Hotel que ustedes me mandaron ni el bono por los desayunos, me dijeron que nunca recibieron ninguna nota de la reservación.
Si existe restaurante muy deficiente y todo lo cobran extra.
El aseo del cuarto si no lo pide uno no lo hacen en todo el día
Sus toallas de baño están muy acabadas y no van en relación al,precio que están cobrando.
Las facilidades del hotel en la habitación son muy deficiente incluso hasta en los ganchos para colgar la ropa.
Al final cobraron completa la estancia y ustedes ya habian hecho el cargo.
