Nice hotel, but on the rougher side of town

Nice and clean hotel.
The hotel seems to be located on the rough side of town, street walkers are seen near the hotel at night.
So far, no incidents walking around at night.
Near the hotel, there are a few nice restaurants.
But the place is not the easiest for taxi drivers to find, my driver circle the place 4 times. Best to print out the map and show the driver.

simple but pleasant stay in this small hotel
clean, nice breakfast, convenient to center

i stayed in the best value room for the location and nice breakfast. it is located right across the street that the airport shuttle bus can drop you. if you are looking for a hotel to stay near the center but you can walk at night safely, it can be one of the choices. a lot of restaurants and bars are located near the hotel and they are opened until mid-night.

フロントスタッフがきちんと英語を話すことができた。ウッド・フロアで清潔感があった。ベッドや調度品も新しく、好感を持った。

水回りの水と湯がどちらかわからないのは、ひねってみれば2回目からはOK。毎日同じチョイスの少ない朝食だが、近くのカフェで食べるより全然良い。などと、割り切れば、この値段、クリーンさ は、サンパウロでは希少だ。基本的要件のみに超こだわったホテルだと考えれば清々しい。事前にあるサービス、無いサービスを確認しておけば良い。
