The hospitality in the hotel is excellent. the front desk associate treat all clients with respect, speaks Spanish and English very well. They all always are willing to help on address and transportation. The room provides king beds, good panoramic view, provide secure box in a well organized space. Wireless zone capability also available in rooms and at the lobby.
Hospitality, client attention, room service and food are excellent.
Hotel needs to add internal activities such show or bingo to create the network atmosphere. Breakfast is good but always the same presentation, changes to menu might invite guest
- Shopping Tip : Shops are awesome, try to visit Morumbi Shop $$$. Try to visit Parque Ibirapuera, is like the NY Central Park but has three museums one of them is the “Museo do arte Moderna”. Near to the park are the “Obelisco” and the “Monumento das banderas”
