Again room service as it really bad.
Great location in Paulista 10 meters from the Metro and safe area for SP.
nice room and clean with everything that needed and TV with English channels.

All the reception staff speak very good English and they are nice and helpful.
Romm service is really slow.
i wait for an internet card more than 1 hour and only after 4 calls its arrived to me.
the same happen when i want an iron and everything else.
the internet cost 35R$ for 24 hours thats really expensive as i paid in other hotels max 15R$ per day.

Room service is very slow.
House keeping is very slow.
Location is excellent. The hotel is an area with many banks around it. Good Restaurants as well as shops are within walking distance. This area is a safe walking area which is a big plus in Sao Paulo. Hotel staff is friendly but it took 90 minutes to get soup from room service and it took several hours before they could send me an iron and ironing board.
Hotel Feature Tip : They won't let you check in early but you can use the shower in the gym f you need. This is important since flights from the US all arriver fairly early in the AM.
