New and clean.

Nothing especially.

The room was new (or renovated), clean and very wide. Staff who speaks English in the restaurant was only one. If you speak Portuguese it is better to communicate staffs. However, front staffs and someone speak English. So, it is not so inconvenient. Room making is also perfect. If you have friend in Sao Paulo or you have business Bom Retiro area, this hotel is highly recommended.
