Hotel was very clean and has a good location. Room needs a heater in case of cold weather. Staff was friendly. It should be the best hotel for Korean travelers with Korean satellite programs.

Overall a good hotel with good service
good location (in front of Luz park, near Luz Station), good service, large room

i travelled solo and stayed for 4 nights. the room is large and the staff in reception are all very friendly. this hotel is quite new and the facility is good. but the neightborhood where the hotel is located is not so safe at night. the shops around the hotel close at 5pm or 6pm, only 2 or 3 restaurants open at nights. there are very few people on the street at night.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The transportation is very convenient, espcially if you need to travel by Metro. It's just a 3 minutes walk to Luz Station.

The hotel is very well centrally located with access to public subway, train. The staffs are friendly and attentive. It is a nice place for shopping clothes. The rooms are large with an extra table which helps for all business travelers.

Really enjoyed my stay.
Luz is highly recommended for first time visitors to Brazil as the staffs are really helpful.
However, for those like me who doesn't speak Portuguese, language maybe a problem everywhere, but not in this hotel as you can find staffs whom you can communicate with.
Breakfast is simple & nice.

Nice hotel in a decent place
Clean, near a park that is busy during the day, and close to the downtown touristy area, and metro.

The hotel is near the centre of the city, but also closely located to the highway leading to the airport. There are a few corner restaurants near by, and the tourist attractions are walking distance. The hotel itself looks in good shape, and the hotel room was spacious and clean. Also, had a nice view of the park. The staff were nice and helpful when asked to provide information.
