Clean and neat room, good service, quality location
My experience was quite right
Even though the hotel is located in a labirynth of streets at Itaim, I loved the staff service and the quality of the room and meals. The reception person gave me good tips when looking for a place to go and the response to my requests was always quick and effective. I recommend for a short stay as the room I took was kind of small.
