Old, filthy, run down with all kind of service weaknesses.
It was completely under my expectations. A filthy hotel with no maintenance at all. It looks like an abandoned house. Rooms are worse than any youth hostel in town. No heating system, air conditioners were old and inefficient, many rooms don’t have safe boxes, and TV didn’t work properly. Besides all this structure problems the area is awful and dangerous at night. It’s far from every nice neighborhood and tourist attractions. I don’t recommend it even to my worst enemy.
