More soothing than snobby, minimal geometric decor creates a comfortable laid-back ambience, enhanced by smiling staff members and the hotel's relatively calm locale. On the same street guests can pick up grocery goods and maybe even a dinner date at the Frie Caneca Mall, and activities of a more high-brow nature can be undertaken at the nearby neoclassical Theatro Municipal. While restaurants can always be found in central Sao Paulo, guests need only go as far as the hotel's offering, the Verissimo, for world-class Brazilian dining coupled with an extensive library of Brazilian design books.

The staff here were great, allowed us to check in early since we have been traveling for over 20 hours to get here. The breakfast they provided had a wide variety to pick from. Families with older children Netherlands, January 17, 2010	uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding gunstige ligging / verzorgd ontbijt 8 hotel ligt op wandelafstand van diverse bezienswaardigheden en van leuke restaurants, maar ook de constante toevoer en aanwezigheid van taxi's zorgen voor een uitstekende uitvalsbasis om de stad te verkennen. Het hotel ligt in hartje centrum, maar dat heeft geen nare invloed op de stadsbeleving en geeft geen noemenswaardige geluidsoverlast. De mogelijkheid van een ruime drie persoonskamer met drie aparte bedden waren voor mij en mijn twee volwassen dochters meer dan voldoende om een plezierig verblijf met twee overnachtingen in het Pergamon te hebben. Het ontbijt met veel vers fruit en heerlijke cakejes en was voor mij persoonlijk een prettig begin van een mooie in Sao Paulo.
