Excellent service in spite of language barriers
Staff was very obliging and helpful, cosy rooms with free Wifi in lobby

Hotel is located right next to WTC Sao Paulo, and is an excellent alternative to the expensive business hotels in the vicinity.

El hotel tiene buen aspecto y las habitaciones también. La limpieza en general no es excelente. O es que la moqueta es muy vieja o es que de verdad no se limpia a fondo. Y lo peor son los mosquitos. Los hay por miles y no tienen en recepción un enchufe de esos para matarlos. HAy un poco de olor a cerrado y debe ser por poca ventilación a lo mejor para evitar que entren mas mosquitos todavía, pero para eso se inventaron los insecticidas.
