Comfortable room with excellent service

50 m to St. Lucia metro station, 100 m to handicraft market. St. Lucia Hill diagonally opposite. Extremely courteous staff, great buffet breakfast included. Would definitely return.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Economical train trip to the splendid Los Dominicos craft market ~ about 600 pesos from the adjacent subway station.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile
Next to metro and a beautiful park.

We've had a pleasant 4 nights at the hotel. Hotel is clean and modern and the king size bed we had was very comfortable.Hotel provides free WiFi. Hotel helps to organise tours.
Sadly, location is poor for eating choices, unless one catches metro to Providencia where eating choices are aboundant Eating at the hotel we found was a bit pricey.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Do a day trip to Valparaiso. Easy to do by bus from central bus station which is on the metro.

Great location and nice hotel with large rooms
Right downtown, clese to everything, quiet and comfortable

the hotel was great. the room was large, modern, comfortable and quiet. breakfast was good. the hotal was located easy walk to all tourist attractions, shopping, musea, cathedral and the fenicular to st. mary - the patron of santago. hotel is accross the street from the library and a palace/fortress with large monument of neptune.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Accross the street from the hotel is an interesting palace with a lagge Neptune Fountain being restored. Above the palace is a large fortress. There are great views from the top of the fortress.
