Airport Hotel with easy access
service , location and room size

The staff were very good. The room was large with kingsize beds. Dining room was very good with very attentive staff. Shuttle bus to the airport every half hour.

Convenient for Santiago
near airport, good range of dishes in restaurant

close to the airport and free shuttle bus every half hour.
friendly staff - but you need to have some ability with spanish.
food choice ranges from sandwiches to full three course dinners; this is good for travellers with a body still in a different time zone. but the restaurant service is inconsistent; one time i was told 'we are busy - come back in 2 hours'; the place was not full and a word with the manager fixed the problem. the next day my entrada was served after the main dish!
the wifi is also inconsistent; one moment you have a good signal and the next it is too weak to send email.
Travel tip:
The hotel is far from town and has no shops or other facilities nearby; it is great if you arrive late and just want to sleep somewhere clean and quiet.
