"Perfect location with warm friendly service".

my three week stay here was so good that i wanted to stay longer. the location, service and breakfast could not be faulted. i experienced the occasional internet interruption, and on one night i could actually hear some-one snoring in the neighbouring room. a 6:7 earthquake shook my room and woke all of us guests at 1:30 a.m. one morning,and calm prevailed.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Check out the well-priced, great and comfortable leather shoes in the small shoe-repair store about four shops along from the hotel.
Walk for a long way in every direction from hotel. You will feel so safe as there are police ( some with sniffer dogs ) everywhere.

it is located at the down town, close to shopping areas, easy to go to any place, taxis and buses are available at a very convinient price

Reasonably priced hotel with museum-type motiff

i checked-in quite late and was left with a room on the eastern section of the hotel. i requested for a transfer and the staff are courteous to arrange for me another but on the following day and this is understandable. the next day i was not automatically transferred but waited for me and gave me option to see first the rooms available if it meets my expectation and finally i decided and they were very helpful in transferring my luggages. the room service is just right and the rooms are clean.
the staffs were also helpful to store my luggages in the store rooms since my flight was still in the evening and courteously arranged for my cab to the airport. it seems they are are really happy to assist their guests. i would recommend others to try and experience the hotel galerias experience.
it just seem odd to me where the swimming pool is placed and cannot be use since there are surrounding restaurant tables around the area which would discourage you to be the object of attraction of the restaurant guests. maybe the hotel administration can do something about this so that those who intend to try the pool and swim can use this facility.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Try to examine the artifacts and exhibition materials in the topmost floor as they are also worth seeing aside from the attractions in the restaurant/pool level.

walking distance to the major historical sites. a large supermarket is located 2 blocks away. the room was clean and comfortable. english-speaking staffs help arrange transportation and reservations at a restaurant etc.

An okay hotel

we were passing through santiago so were looking for a reasonably priced hotel in the city centre and were not expecting any extras. we were not disappointed the hotel rooms are fairly basic especially the bathrooms. staff accommodated our very early departure with some cheese sandwiches for breakfast!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
We did not have long in Santiago so took the tourist bus which covered the city sights quite well.

ハード的に新しくは無いが部屋は快適でスタッフも良い

街歩きの途中で休憩に戻れるほどの中心街です。地下鉄駅からは下層階のショッピングモールを通るため、早朝や深夜はやや遠回りだがほんの2-3分で着きます。チェックアウト後2日経ってクローゼットにシャツを忘れたに気づき、帰国前に立ち寄ったらば、ルームサービスがしっかり保管してくれていました。再訪の際も使いたいと思います。
