great location, staff good, rooms clean and comfortable, great breakfast i stayed for two nights in this hotel. The location is great (you can find everthing near), rooms are clean, comfortable, staff is very helpful. The breakfast is also very good. The only disadvantage was that there is no elevator (staff helped with the luggage) if i would visit santiago again iwould choose this hotel again
Restaurant Tip : there was a restaurant which the staff recommened but i forgot the name (good food/good price). it was just 3 blocks away

Fairly central. English speaking (helpful) staff. Clean. Hotel is situated in a rather industrial looking neighbourhood. While the hotel is clean, it is rather ´worn´. Despite some negative reviews on the website, we found the staff to be polite and very helpful. The facilities were functional, rooms were clean and service was decent. The hotel was situated about a ten minute walk from the city centre in a rather industrial looking area and it was no handier for the city than other hotels further out but close to metro stations.
In summary, not a bad hotel but a bit pricey for what it has to offer.
Restaurant Tip : The in-house restaurant gets a good name but note that it serves only Indian food!

very close to Dowentowen , it is very good place the position of the Hotel is very important , it is very close to the Dowen town , the Hotel is not very clean and the breakfast is very simple .
