Fairly central. English speaking (helpful) staff. Clean.
Hotel is situated in a rather industrial looking neighbourhood. While the hotel is clean, it is rather ´worn´.
Despite some negative reviews on the website, we found the staff to be polite and very helpful. The facilities were functional, rooms were clean and service was decent. The hotel was situated about a ten minute walk from the city centre in a rather industrial looking area and it was no handier for the city than other hotels further out but close to metro stations.
In summary, not a bad hotel but a bit pricey for what it has to offer.
Restaurant Tip : The in-house restaurant gets a good name but note that it serves only Indian food!

very close to Dowentowen , it is very good place
the position of the Hotel is very important , it is very close to the Dowen town , the Hotel is not very clean and the breakfast is very simple .

Hotel restaurant serves some really good indian food...staff were friendly...location is quite central
The room was always too hot and I´ve stayed in better rooms in hostels so for the money it wasn´t really worth it
There was nothing really bad about this hotel but when your paying a a fair bit of money a night, its no better than staying in a hostel really. Can´t fault the staff at all but the rooms could do with some renovations!
