Relatively cheap for Santiago
Not much around the hotel.
Relatively cheap for Santiago, however, I wish the staff can be more helpful in terms of suggesting places to go. I asked for a restaurant suggestion, and he sent me to a local mall with limited food selection. However, at mid-night, the gentleman for the grave year shift did help me to secure a hired car to drive us to Varaipaiso. Thanks for his help. I am glad that I could not sleep and talked to this guy at wee hours in the morning.

Not a well known location. However nice and quiet.
The hotel is Not in a well known location. However, it is nice and quiet. The frontdesk does not want to give us a room before twelve. Finally, we gave him a tip and then he gave us the room. He was not happy when I did not hire a car from him. Instead, I hired another driver with a big van for less money. He was interested to sell me optional services, but he would not give me the specifics of the car. Cannot be trusted.

It´s well located.
It´s a cozy Hotel.
Rooms are not sound proof.
Front desk has not electronic device for wake-up calls and the front desk clerk while I was there was not responsible for my wake-up call.
Rooms and bathrooms are small and are not worth the rate. The toilet was not cleaned for two days. The nights was specially noise because I was next to the Party room
There is not bell boy neither any person to ask for address
I had to look for taxi by myself.
There is not business facilities. I could not connect to Internet
