the staff from the bellhops,front desk personel,to the restaurant crew were all top notch.although our reservations omitted our request for two beds, the check in person found us a room we wanted. we opted for the lunch buffet in lieu of dinner and it was wonderful. as we were driving a rent car to the airport before sunup the front door crew made sure we knew the route to take. all in all our experiance, though short, was great. thanks to all the staff.

Your hotel is truly a full service, the rooms were excellent, the staff great and the food was very good.
Some minor maintenance should be reviewed, especially in the bathroom, they were nice, but well warn.
The plaza hotel in Santiago was an excellent choice, and is located in the heart of the city of Santiago. The staff was great, the breakfast was good, and the rooms were very spacious. The new LCD TV was great, however, there were only a couple of English speaking channels. Overall we were very satisfied with the property.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : We were within walking distance of the major building and museums in the City.
