Staff helpful and courteous. Food excellent. Rooms were what we expected of a top hotel.
Massage left me bruised and in a little pain.
From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and extremely well looked after. We'd spent 2 weeks traveling in South America prior to arriving in Santiago and were looking for a place to put our feet up. This gave us ample opportunity and the comfort to do this. The butler service was excellent as was the food and room comfort.
