They mad a mistake and didn't have my reservation for this hotel, i am just writing this for the points, but honestly this is the best hotel i have stayed at in Quito, Ecuador. I have stayed here in the past.

Everything, The Service, the people, Location !!
I absolutely love this hotel my wife and i stayed here just for 1 day and nothing has changed!! Easily the best hotel in Quito!!
