Excellent restaurant, very good service and good value Faster check in/check out service would add to the overall rating of this hotel Whenever I stay here, I am always guaranteed great, friendly service, a nice, spacious room and a great breakfast.
The lobby bar is also a friendly place to spend some time winding down. Good cocktail hour and a good place to meet.
Always beautiful, fresh roses in the lobby and a very practical business centre where the front desk people will come and help you at any time.

Amazing breakfast choices, very good restaurant and really friendly service. Front desk a little slower than most, but all in all a great hotel...worth every penny I stay at this hotel quite often and have found it to be consistently top rate. Everything from the restaurant, to the business centre to the actual room size and furnishings. The concierge is very friendly and always there to help, regarding taxi hire, tour organization or help in the business centre.

They mad a mistake and didn't have my reservation for this hotel, i am just writing this for the points, but honestly this is the best hotel i have stayed at in Quito, Ecuador. I have stayed here in the past.
