Families with older children United Kingdom, March 30, 2013	Great Hotel, Fantastic Staff The staff, location and comfort of the hotel were first class 9.3 Los Tombos is a great choice for Arequipa, conveniently located just off the Plaza de Armas. The rooms maybe small but they are comfortable and the breakfast is tasty. the best The besty aspect has to be the staff, they were friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Highly recommended.
George B. Couples United States of America, December 13, 2012	Clean hotel in a great location. Very clean. Nice breakfast. 7 We were upgraded to a better room for our entire stay. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice and fresh. However, we encountered a few downsides. We had some issues with not always having hot water and the heat didn't really work. The hotel staff told us to run the water for 10 minutes to get hot water, but it never came. We waited an hour after the staff checked into it and then we had hot water. Also, everything is extra. The bottles of water that were complementary at other hotels weren't free here. The taxi ride to the airport wasn't included. The staff also wasn't the friendliest or most helpful.

Couples United States of America, December 11, 2012	Great hotel in an excellent location Breakfast, hotel staff, location, cleanliness. 9.7 we had an excellent stay for three nights here. the hotel staff was superb. our room was slightly noisy as it overlooked the street, but it wasn't much of an issue. the balcony doors muffled most of noise. our complementary breakfast was great and made to order. if we were to go back to arequipa, there would be no question we would be staying here again.
