- All staff member went out of their way to be helpful
- Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet
- Location is perfect, just off the Plaza de Armas, on a cobblestone street where traffic can go past but cannot stop so actual vehicle traffic is minimal
We ate dinner in the hotel dining room one evening and the "bacon wrapped filet mignon" tasted like bacon wrapped liver; however, our soup and my chicken dish were great.
We stayed 3 days in del Prado Inn, then came back from Machu Picchu and wanted to book a room for 4 more nights. The first 2 nights they were booked, and they not only recommended us to another hotel a couple of blocks away, but actually helped us carry our luggage up two steep cobblestone blocks and made sure that the hotel worked for us.
This perfectly describes their idea of customer service - they go out of their way to help you with any information or service that can be provided. We truly enjoyed staying there.
