Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Location
Excellent Service, beautiful rooms, great restaurant, conveniently located. I would happily return and highly recommend.
No air conditioning, which only matters during the heat of the day, by evening Cuzco gets very cool (even in January); however, staff found me a fan to use, so I was very comfortable.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Don't use the Cuzco train station! There's a 2nd train station - differnt name (not Cuzco) closer to the hotel and one hour faster by train to Machu Picchu!

Customer Service
Spacious CLean Rooms
Great Restaurant and courtyard
Conveniently located
Beautiful hotel, great rooms, great personnel/customer service! Nice restaurant, located near several craft markets.
No air conditioning, which only matters during the heat of the day, by evening Cuzco gets very cool (even in January); however, staff found me a fan to use, so I was very comfortable.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Don't take the 'backpacker' train; it's old and rickety, the Vendome is much more modern and a more comfortable ride!

Located near the center, clean, good food
Located near the center, in a safe place. very nice and large rooms, clean. delicious breakfast. Using very polite. The hotel has a swimming pool, but unfortunately it is quite small. In the hotel there is the internet, which is a big plus. Services in the reception very kind help in moving around the city.
