they closed at 10pm and you have to knock on the door..
I recommended this hotel since is located in a good location near to all amenities in the centre of Cuzco. Family athmosphere and extremely helpful staff. the hotel theme is like a cabin enviroment and most of all the accommodation overall is clean and secure. TV and hot water all the time avaialbe and the breakfast is way abvobe teh average continental that ou can get in most of luxurious hotels in the work. highly reccommended this hotel

Close to Plaza des Armas, clean, friendly staff, very accomodating, luggage storage
rooms above road can be quite loud
This was our first stop on our trip to Peru. After long flights, we were greeted by friendly staff who served us coca tea. We needed an extra bed, and they were very accomodating and our room was ready in 15 minutes. We were headed to Machu Pichu for 1 night, 2 days and they stored our suitcases which was great. They serve a great breakfast which is served from 5am to 10 am which is great for those heading out to Aguas Calientes on the train at 6´30am. The hotel is located in what we thought was a great area as it took us only 5 minutes to walk to the main plaza where a lot of the good restaurants are located. Also the hotel was very clean, and the decor is very andean which gives it a very nice touch. I would highly recommend this hotel.

the hotel was overall adaquite but breakfast left a lot to be desired the location was good and staff was helpful and plesant rooms were clean hotel was in good shape taxi service from hotel was very good though a bit expensive overall a good value
