This is not a 4 star hotel. Service provided is low and the room's furniture is a bit old. Definitely needed to be refurbished. Hotel is quite expensive for what you get. The service is low qualitity and the room cleaness is not good.

The hotel represents good value for money. It is not a 4/5 star establishmnent but its staff were all friendly and helpful. It is well located in the Mira Flores area. The building and the rooms are somewhat tired and probably due for refurbishment but it was clean and provided a suitable base for our visit to the sights of Lima.

Exculsive Hotel Lima

This hotel is located in a nice area of Lima Miraflores. You can walk to beach and shopping centre. Hotel is modern, clean with good facilities. We took a cab into the city when we wanted to look at the sights it was about 30mins and only a few dollars. Hotel has many nice restuarants within easy walking distance also plenty of casinos for anyone interested.

Unreliable reservation
The hotel is located in Miraflores, a very good neighborhood of Lima, one among dozens of hotels. The room was very comfortable and clean, with all facilities

we arrived exactly at check-in hours and still were forced to wait half-a-hour. We paid in full in advance in November 2009 for a visit in May 2010: still we were told our room had a major problem in the bath and we would be forced to relocate to a lower category hotel of the same chain. We refused and then we were offered a room. This is a clear sign of overbooking, lack of professionalism, and lies to cover up.

Visit the Larcomar shopping center, at walk distance and with a view to the Ocean line

We were unable to stay at the Exclusive Hotel on 2/9/10 inasmuch as our American Air flight no. 917 from Miami to Lima was missed, due to the fact that our American Air flight 4369 from Louisville, KY to Miami did not depart in time to make the connection on 2/9/10 due to snow that day which did not depart on time. It was scheduled for 1:20 PM and did not depart until 3:30 PM. we were put on a later overnight flight (American Air #2111) which did not arrive until the morning of 2/10/10, and consequently, too late to exercise our hotel prepaid stay. From what we understand, the hotel was well regarded, but we have no personal knowledge of it. We lost our reservation deposit in the process.

Good choice for Miraflores

The hotel was clean, the room was very comfortable. It was a good value for the money. The side street where it is located is just a few steps from the main area of Miraflores. The Locamar tourist shopping and dining area is a five minute walk from the hotel.
There was a seedy bar next door to the hotel that had some ladies of questionable occupations working there. But it was not a problem and I never felt not safe on the street.

Great value, the hotel is in a good area with shopping, eating and so forth in walking distance. The rooms whilst not fancy are perfectly comfortable and have everything you need. Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is ok

I was only staying one night but I was happy that I was allowed to check in early. This was the only hotel in my trip to Peru where I was able to get hot water consistently when I showered! The location is pretty good - about half way between Larcomar shopping centre and Kennedy Park. The area seemed safe.
