The Victoria Plaza is a good choice and good balance between price and what you get. It's good located and the rooms a very comfortable. It has an excellent breakfast in the 25th floor with an extraordinary view over the city. The beds a very big and good. The spa is fantastic with a bid swimming pool and equipments for exercise

Little fruit for breakfast
I really enjoyed my stay at the Radisson, the flexibility to begin at check-in, ie, although the schedule was 15:00 the attendant allowed me to come well in advance ... and as it celebrates 25 years of marriage, the beautiful view of the restaurant inspired me to do the following back to my beloved: "... while I relax and enjoy your beautiful eyes, the edge of the River Plate, I confess that my heart dilates, and am awaiting the moment to kiss you ... "
