Difficult Hotel to get to

I did not like the front desk's attitude towards foreigners at all,absolutely no one could speak English even a little bit....which made asking very basic questions very difficult.
Shopping Tip:
Yay.....there is a massive shopping precinct downstairs.....beware,Venezuela is not a cheap place to shop.

Long way out but very comfortable room
very secure, comfortable rooms, lots of facilities

An incredible hotel with plenty of good points and a few bad. The bad were that it was a long way away from the centre of town & the airport & was possibly a little overpriced in comparison to other like it around the world. The good part was the very secure location in the middle of a large shopping centre, the myriad of services such as pool, tennis court, travel centre etc & the very comfortable rooms
Shopping Tip:
If you like your shopping, this hotel is built over one of the biggest & best shopping centres in Caracas
