Emplacement idéal mais service trés médiocre

l hotel est bien situé et le service avait tout l air d etre bon mais apres on constate que les prix sont trés trés cher car à deux pas de là y a d autres hotel de même niveau et à moitié prix. le petit déjeuner prévu a 7h mais pas de cuisinier et pas pret a 7h30 ce qui nous a poussé à y aller car on devait prendre le ferry pour margarita sans prendre le petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix. trés décevant quand on voit les prix ailleurs.

cherchez bien les hotel se situant à puerto la cruz car il y en a a moitié prix voir au tiers des prix de cet hotel et bien situé en plus et avec un service égal voire meilleur.
